OVERVIEW

Our Analysts are bright and ambitious individuals that have the benefit of gaining experience in consulting, M&A transactions and On-Demand Corporate Development.  Working alongside experienced investment bankers, Analysts also play an important role as active contributors to our growing firm.

WHO CAN APPLY

Analysts at Harbor View Advisors complete a challenging two-year program. Ideal candidates are recent college graduates with an outstanding record of academic achievement and an interest in the financial markets. Individuals with demonstrated experience in financial modeling, financial analysis, and business valuation are preferred.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Harbor View Analyst, you will:

-Research and analyze competitive landscapes, company positioning and industry trends
-Build financial models to evaluate growth, profitability and valuation expectations
-Draft marketing materials including executive summaries and information memoranda
-Prepare prospective buyer lists, including both strategic and financial partners
-Coordinate due diligence information requests and facilitating on-site visits
-Work with legal and accounting teams to drive transactions through closing
