Harbor View’s Carolyn Mathis Recognized as 2019 Top U.S.A Woman Dealmaker by the Global M&A Network

Carolyn Mathis is the CEO, Co-Founder and Partner at Harbor View Advisors.  She in an M&A veteran with more than 25 years of investment banking experience at Harbor View and previously with Goldman Sachs & Co.  Her passion is in helping entrepreneurs realize their corporate goals including consideration of strategic alternatives, and navigating every step of a capitalization or exit process.

Prior to founding Harbor View, Carolyn worked in the investment banking and equities divisions of Goldman Sachs, as well as at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette. Carolyn received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Chicago.
