Harbor View Advisors served as exclusive financial advisor to Avionte in the transaction.
Avionte Staffing Software provides an innovative suite of front- and back-office software products to the human resources industry. In 2013, the company reported a revenue growth of more than 36 percent year-over-year and net profit up over 95 percent, making it the eighth consecutive year the company has reported a revenue growth over 35 percent.
