Harbor View’s John Mathis appears on CNBC to discuss technology M&A implications as a result of the December 19 tax reform bill.
“It is pretty easy to predict that the strong will get stronger,” Mathis commented in response to technology giants with funds to repatriate. He continued, “However, where it gets interesting is in the Middle Market, where unlike the meg-sized Tech forms, the middle market US multinationals are ready to put that overseas to work – and go after what they need most, which is growth.”
