Carolyn Mathis is the CEO, Co-Founder and Partner at Harbor View Advisors. She in an M&A veteran with more than 25 years of investment banking experience at Harbor View and previously with Goldman Sachs & Co. Her passion is in helping entrepreneurs realize their corporate goals including consideration of strategic alternatives, and navigating every step of a capitalization or exit process.
Carolyn has established a very successful track record in advising her clients through critically important corporate strategy and capital market decisions. A key to Carolyn’s success is the bringing together of the right mix and fit of decision-makers — including connecting clients with key partners, matchmaking between sellers and buyers, or building on Harbor View’s eco-system of resources.
Prior to founding Harbor View, Carolyn worked in the investment banking and equities divisions of Goldman Sachs, as well as at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette. Carolyn received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Chicago.
