Harsh Parekh is a Senior Associate at Harbor View Advisors, where he focuses on both sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions, primarily within the Financial Services and Technology sectors. Prior to joining Harbor View, Harsh worked as an Audit Associate at PwC, serving clients in the Consumer and Industrial sectors.

Harsh graduated cum laude from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, double majoring in Finance and Accounting. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Outside of work, Harsh serves as the Temple Accountant for the BAPS Swaminarayan Hindu Temple in Jacksonville. He enjoys traveling and cooking vegetarian cuisine with his wife, and is passionate about continuous learning and teaching, leading Harbor View’s analyst training program as well as spiritual and philosophical discussions within his temple community.
