
As a Director at Harbor View, Margaret advises on sell-side and buy-side M&A engagements. Her vertical expertise includes HCM, Sales and Marketing Solutions, Tech-Enabled Business Services, and Software.
She began her career at Harbor View as a summer intern during college and joined the firm full time as an Analyst following graduation. Margaret received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communication with a concentration in Advertising from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She holds both her Series 63 and 79.
