At Harbor View, interns are valued members of the team from day one—gaining hands-on experience, real responsibility, and direct access to our leadership team. Our program is built around learning through doing. Through meaningful work, mentorship, and team-driven collaboration, you'll get a true feel for a culture rooted in hungry, humble, and smart individuals.

Harbor View’s 8-week Summer Analyst Program, running from early June through late July, provides hands-on experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Summer Analysts gain direct exposure to live transactions and work closely with our team to develop the skills and mindset required to excel in the industry.

A Week in the Life
Through Finance & Accounting foundational training, team members strengthen core technical skills using real-world transactions, building a foundation for impactful contributions from day one.
We offer the opportunity to work alongside industry veterans, allowing team members to learn from professionals who bring the same intensity and discipline found at top-tier investment banks.
Sharpen communication and leadership skills through one-on-one mentoring with firm leadership, interactive Lunch & Learn sessions, and career outlook workshops, all designed to support ongoing professional development.
Networking opportunities are integrated into your everyday role, allowing you to engage with peers, financial institutions, and corporate leaders across Jacksonville through in-office collaboration, community events, and after-hours socials.
Build your overall technical expertise through structured bootcamps while gaining exposure to our firm's CRM, company databases, market research applications, and AI tools to support market research and deal execution.
