Drawing on nearly 30 years of Investment Banking and Private Equity experience, Nate leads the firm’s sell-side advisory practice and heads Harbor View’s Industrials group. In his role, Nate advises clients in the Industrial Technology, Industrial Services, and Traditional Industrial sectors helping business owners navigate the company sale, acquisition, and capital raise process.

Prior to joining Harbor View, Nate was a Managing Director at BellMark Partners, a Boston-based middle market Investment Banking firm. At BellMark, Nate served clients in the Industrial and Business Services sectors providing sell-side and advisory services. Before joining BellMark, Nate co-founded TSG Equity Partners, a middle and lower middle-market private equity investment firm. At TSG, Nate was responsible for sourcing, investing, developing, and exiting mature and growth-staged companies.

Nate received a Bachelor of Science degree from Roger Williams University studying Civil and Mechanical Engineering. He also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on finance from Clark University, where he subsequently served on the Graduate School of Management advisory board. He holds his Series 63 and 79 licenses.

Outside of Harbor View, Nate has served on the boards of numerous non-profit organizations. He enjoys hiking, skiing, fly fishing, and spending time with his four children.
